Our program is free to join, it's easy to sign-up and requires no technical knowledge.

How does it work?

When you join our program you will get access to your own control panel. There you can get banners and text links to insert on your website or blog, and begin to earn money without doing anything else.

When someone hits your website or blog and clicks through our banner to our website, we will work diligently and honestly to help them find their dream home or the ideal lot for their new home. When, and if, we close the transaction, you get paid a referral fee of 30% of our net commission. This will be the easiest money you've ever earned.

terms of service To be an authorized affiliate of www.SequimPortAngeles.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. You must be a licensed real estate agent in order for us to pay you referral fees. Place our supplied banner or text on your website or blog, and you will be paid a 30% referral fee when the transaction closes. Each time someone hits your website (even without your knowledge), clicks on our banner or text on your website or blog (and they subsequently buy a home or land through us), you get paid a referral fee of 30% of our net commission (the total commission that Sequim & Port Angeles Real Estate, LLC receives, excluding the fee the listing side broker gets). I we are both listing and selling side, you get 30% of our total net commission! You agree to place our graphic or text link on your website and/or on your blog (and as many of your sites as you want) so long as no changes are made to either, and so long as no links or graphics are hosted on any site that has inappropriate material. Sequim & Port Angeles Real Estate, LLC retains the right to terminate Affiliates who host any unacceptable sites. Sequim & Port Angeles Real Estate, LLC also retains the right to terminate this Affiliate program at any time should it be deemed ineffective, or for any other reason. Payment to you will be made by regular mail from the closing escrow office or directly from Sequim & Port Angeles Real Estate, LLC.
